Easy Piña Colada

Refreshing and easily customizable piña coladas that can be made in no time.

- 470 g crushed pineapple from a can(not drained) or fresh ripe pineapple
- 250 g full fat coconut milk, from a can
- 30 g white granulated sugar, make sure it’s vegan
- 50 g rum or malibu, optional
- 150 g ice
- 10-20 g lime juice , if you’re making it alcohol-free
Combine all the ingredients (except the lime juice if making it alcohol free) in a blender and blend until smooth.
*Alcohol free: Add lime juice a little bit at a time, blending in between additions and tasting until you get your desired flavour.
- I strongly suggest making recipes by weight, if you make them by cups I can’t guarantee that you’ll get the same results.
- You can use lemon juice instead of lime juice in a pinch, but reduce the amount and go by taste!
- You can freeze the pineapple prior to blending for a thicker drink. You might not need the ice in that case.
