Des barres de tarte \u00e0 la citrouille v\u00e9g\u00e9taliennes. Fondamentalement, une tarte \u00e0 la citrouille, mais sous forme de barres, il n'est donc pas n\u00e9cessaire de rouler de la p\u00e2te! Et si c'est une tarte \u00e0 la citrouille que vous voulez, vous pouvez utiliser la m\u00eame recette et la faire cuire dans un moule \u00e0 tarte. Mais si vous voulez vous faciliter encore plus la vie, vous pouvez utiliser de la pur\u00e9e de citrouille en conserve. C'est plus facile \u00e0 faire que vous ne le pensez! Et si vous utilisez de la courge musqu\u00e9e, cela donne une saveur plus agr\u00e9able \u00e0 la garniture, \u00e0 mon avis. Huiler ensuite l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les c\u00f4t\u00e9s coup\u00e9s avec de l'huile neutre et placer les deux morceaux c\u00f4t\u00e9 huil\u00e9 vers le bas sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie tapiss\u00e9e de papier parchemin, d'aluminium ou d'un tapis en silicone. Cuire au four de 45 \u00e0 55 minutes ou jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'une fourchette passe facilement lorsque vous percez la partie la plus \u00e9paisse. Laisser refroidir compl\u00e8tement sur la plaque jusqu'\u00e0 ce que ce soit manipulable. Ensuite, retirer la chair avec une cuill\u00e8re et la passer au robot culinaire ou au mixeur puissant. M\u00eame chose pour la p\u00e2te. Une fois que tout est cuit, vous devez laisser refroidir compl\u00e8tement avant de le mettre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant quelques heures. Si vous le mettez au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant c\u2019est encore chaud, de la condensation se formera sur le dessus. Et si vous essayez de le trancher sans temps de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration, \u00e7a n'aura pas suffisamment pris et vous vous retrouverez avec une flaque. Alors croyez-moi, l'attente est importante et en vaut la peine. Mais je pensais que de la meringue serait encore meilleure. Une belle finition ressemblant \u00e0 de la guimauve avec des barres de tarte \u00e0 la citrouille? Alors, au lieu d\u2019ajouter peu \u00e0 peu le sucre dans l'aquafaba (eau de pois chiche), c'est un sirop de sucre chaud qui est vers\u00e9 en filet dedans en fouettant \u00e0 grande vitesse. Un batteur sur socle est id\u00e9al pour cela, \u00e0 moins que quelqu'un ne veuille verser le sirop pendant que vous fouettez avec un batteur \u00e0 main. Assurez-vous simplement d'utiliser un bol haut pour \u00e9viter que du sucre chaud ne vous \u00e9clabousse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Vous pouvez \u00e9galement finir ces barres avec n'importe quelle cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne que vous aimez si vous ne voulez pas de meringue.
