Ces petites brioches v\u00e9g\u00e9taliennes aux bleuets sont remplies d'une d\u00e9licieuse compot\u00e9e aux bleuets sauvages. Et la p\u00e2te a un soup\u00e7on d'eau de fleur d'oranger qui se marie parfaitement avec. Il faut tout en moi pour ne pas en manger une autre pendant que j'\u00e9cris la recette. L'odeur qu'elles ont laiss\u00e9e dans la cuisine est digne d'\u00eatre transform\u00e9e en bougie. Juste en faisant la garniture j\u2019avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 h\u00e2te de les manger. Et la fleur d'oranger est assez subtile pour ne pas \u00eatre trop puissante, mais assez forte pour compl\u00e9ter le go\u00fbt de la garniture aux bleuets. Et mon dieu que cette garniture est bonne. Si vous ne voulez pas manger ou faire la p\u00e2te, faites simplement la compot\u00e9e et mangez-la sur des toasts, de la cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e, des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, peu importe. C'est essentiellement de la confiture de bleuets mais plus facile et moins sucr\u00e9e. Nous avons la chance d'avoir des bleuets sauvages ici, mais vous pouvez en utiliser des surgel\u00e9s si c'est tout ce que vous avez. Et si c'est le d\u00e9g\u00e2t que vous ne voulez pas, vous pouvez simplement les former comme des brioches \u00e0 la cannelle au lieu de les fa\u00e7onner comme je l\u2019ai fait. De plus, si vous voulez faire un effort suppl\u00e9mentaire, vous pouvez les finir avec  le gla\u00e7age de la recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/thequaintkitchen.com\/fr\/vegan-lemon-cake\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">g\u00e2teau au citron<\/a> pour vraiment couronner le tout!
