La garniture est un cr\u00e9mage acidul\u00e9 simple et facile qui remplace ce qui serait normalement un gla\u00e7age au fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me. Je ne vais pas pr\u00e9tendre que c'est un gla\u00e7age au fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me parce que ce ne l\u2019est vraiment pas. Il a une l\u00e9g\u00e8re acidit\u00e9 car cela va bien avec le g\u00e2teau aux carottes. Mais dire qu\u2019il a le go\u00fbt de gla\u00e7age au fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me serait exag\u00e9r\u00e9. Vous pouvez facilement faire une version v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne d'un gla\u00e7age traditionnel en utilisant du fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me v\u00e9g\u00e9talien achet\u00e9 en magasin. Mais j'ai pens\u00e9 en faire une diff\u00e9rente version qui est tout aussi d\u00e9licieuse sur ce g\u00e2teau! \u00c7a se marie bien avec et n'est pas trop riche. J'ai essay\u00e9 de le faire avec de l'huile de noix de coco au d\u00e9but, mais le gras se s\u00e9pare tr\u00e8s facilement et \u00e7a n'avait pas une texture lisse, donc je recommande de ne le faire qu'avec du beurre v\u00e9g\u00e9talien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le beurre v\u00e9g\u00e9talien<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size translation-block\">Quant au beurre v\u00e9g\u00e9talien, j'aime faire le mien autant que possible en utilisant <a href=\"https:\/\/thequaintkitchen.com\/fr\/homemade-vegan-butter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cette recette<\/a>. Parce que j'essaie de limiter mon achat de beurre v\u00e9g\u00e9talien pour \u00e9viter toute la situation et les probl\u00e8mes entourant l'huile de palme.
