J'utilise aussi du poivre blanc au lieu du noir parce que je trouve qu'il a cette \u00e9trange odeur et ce go\u00fbt de grange que j'associe aux fromages forts. Mais c'est peut-\u00eatre juste moi. Si vous ne l'avez pas, le poivre noir fonctionne tout aussi bien.
