Il en existe de nombreuses recettes, mais je voulais vraiment en faire une qui ne n\u00e9cessite pas de lait de coco pour la rendre riche. Tout simplement parce que j'en ai marre des desserts v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens qui go\u00fbtent la noix de coco quand ils ne devraient pas. C'est le substitut incontournable lorsqu\u2019on a besoin d'une texture cr\u00e9meuse, d'une texture \u00e9paisse, de cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e, et blablabla. Mais m\u00eame sans, vous obtiendrez une d\u00e9licieuse cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne \u00e0 la fin. De plus, cette recette est \u00e9galement sans noix! Pas besoin de mixer quoi que ce soit. Eh bien, dans le cas de la cr\u00e8me caramel, le caramel est vers\u00e9 au fond du ramequin et cuit avec le m\u00e9lange de \u201ccr\u00e8me anglaise\u201d pour qu'il fonde dedans, tandis que la cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e est cuite au four, refroidie, puis garnie de sucre qui est caram\u00e9lis\u00e9e pour un dessus de craquant. Les deux sont traditionnellement des flans \u00e0 base d'\u0153ufs\/jaunes d'\u0153ufs qui sont ensuite cuits au bain-marie dans le four, mais les versions v\u00e9g\u00e9taliennes sont beaucoup plus simples! Pas de cuisson au four n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Je me suis bas\u00e9e sur la recette de cr\u00e8me caramel, mais j'ai retir\u00e9 la f\u00e9cule de tapioca car je n'avais pas besoin que cette cr\u00e8me soit \u201cwobbly\u201d. Et comme je n'utilisais pas de lait de coco comme mati\u00e8re grasse, j'ai ajout\u00e9 du beurre v\u00e9g\u00e9talien pour ajouter de la richesse. Quelque chose comme la cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse Silk ou la cr\u00e8me v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne Becel. Cela ajoutera de la richesse et du gras pour vous donner une cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e super cr\u00e9meuse. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser un lait plus riche comme Oatly barista pour un entre-deux, dans ce cas, j'utiliserais toujours le beurre v\u00e9g\u00e9talien.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size translation-block\"><strong>Vanille.<\/strong> L\u2019ingr\u00e9dient le plus important (au niveau du go\u00fbt) dans une cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e! Vous pouvez utiliser de l'extrait de vanille (de bonne qualit\u00e9!) mais je recommande <em>fortement<\/em> d'utiliser au moins de la p\u00e2te de gousse de vanille, sinon une gousse de vanille. La diff\u00e9rence que fait la gousse de vanille compl\u00e8te en vaut vraiment la peine. C'est ce qui donnera \u00e0 votre cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e le go\u00fbt de celles dont vous vous souvenez! Vous pouvez remplacer la cassonade par du sirop d'\u00e9rable si vous voulez un l\u00e9ger go\u00fbt d'\u00e9rable! Vous aurez \u00e9galement besoin de sucre blanc pour le dessus caram\u00e9lis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>F\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs.<\/strong> C'est ce qui fait que la cr\u00e8me prend. Il a fallu pas mal d'essais pour trouver le bon \u00e9quilibre entre prise mais toujours cr\u00e9meuse! Je n'ai pas essay\u00e9 d'utiliser une autre f\u00e9cule dans la recette, donc je m'en tiendrais \u00e0 la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size translation-block\"><strong>Levure alimentaire.<\/strong> C'est facultatif, surtout si vous utilisez un beurre v\u00e9g\u00e9talien qui a beaucoup de go\u00fbt. Mais je trouve que \u00e7a ajoute quelque chose que les \u0153ufs donnent normalement. Vous ne la go\u00fbterez pas <em>du tout<\/em> dans le produit fini, c'est juste pour compl\u00e9ter la saveur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Curcuma.<\/strong> Ceci est \u00e9galement facultatif, c'est simplement pour la couleur. Une pinc\u00e9e suffit pour imiter la teinte que les jaunes d'\u0153ufs donnent habituellement \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size translation-block\"><strong>Sel.<\/strong> <em>Tr\u00e8s<\/em> important dans tout type de p\u00e2tisserie! \u00c7a balance le c\u00f4t\u00e9 sucr\u00e9 et compl\u00e8te les saveurs. J'utilise toujours du sel de table dans mes recttes car c\u2019est le plus accessible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size translation-block\"><strong>Beurre v\u00e9g\u00e9talien.<\/strong> Vous pouvez utiliser du <a href=\"https:\/\/thequaintkitchen.com\/fr\/homemade-vegan-butter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">beurre fait maison<\/a> ou achet\u00e9, les deux fonctionneront. C'est ce qui donne de la richesse \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me au lieu du lait de coco. Mais comme mentionn\u00e9, si vous utilisez une sorte de cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne, vous pouvez le sauter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comment faire une cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Comme je l'ai mentionn\u00e9, c'est comme faire une cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re, et \u00e7a peut \u00eatre fait en moins de 30 minutes! Mis \u00e0 part le temps de refroidissement \u00e9videmment. Dans une casserole, versez le lait ou la cr\u00e8me et votre extrait de vanille, p\u00e2te ou gousse gratt\u00e9e et caviar. Ajouter un peu de lait et fouetter jusqu'\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse. Ensuite, remettez cette p\u00e2te dans la casserole, allumez le feu et fouettez jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange \u00e9paississe. Une autre m\u00e9thode consiste \u00e0 placer la cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e saupoudr\u00e9e de sucre sous le gril pour le faire fondre et le caram\u00e9liser. Par contre, je ne recommande pas cette m\u00e9thode car la cr\u00e8me deviendra chaude et liquide le temps que le sucre fonde et caram\u00e9lise. Et le placer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pour le faire figer ramollira la couche de caramel croquante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Si vous n'avez pas de chalumeau, je vous recommande de mettre du sucre blanc dans une casserole et de le caram\u00e9liser sur votre cuisini\u00e8re. Une fois que le caramel a pris une couleur ambr\u00e9e fonc\u00e9e, versez-le sur votre cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e froide et inclinez le ramequin pour napper uniform\u00e9ment le dessus. Laissez-le durcir quelques secondes, puis d\u00e9gustez!
