Pour moi, les muffins (et les <a href=\"https:\/\/thequaintkitchen.com\/fr\/category\/cookies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">biscuits<\/a>) sont des p\u00e2tisseries ultime pour la simplicit\u00e9. Ils n\u00e9cessitent si peu d'efforts mais donnent d'excellents r\u00e9sultats. Ils ne devraient vraiment pas \u00eatre si bons. C'est un peu comme investir de l'argent, vous mettez 10$ et \u00e7a se transforme en 100 $?! De la sorcellerie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size translation-block\"><em>Bref<\/em>, ces muffins v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens aux canneberges sont faciles \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, moelleux, l\u00e9gers, citronn\u00e9s et n\u00e9cessitent que des ingr\u00e9dients de base que vous avez probablement d\u00e9j\u00e0! Et si vous n'avez pas de canneberges, vous pouvez les remplacer par un autre fruit (pas trop juteux) comme des bleuets, des framboises ou m\u00eame des fruits secs et des noix. C'est la beaut\u00e9 des muffins, ils sont super versatiles. Tout comme celles au <a href=\"https:\/\/thequaintkitchen.com\/fr\/vegan-ginger-pear-muffins\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">gingembre et poire<\/a>! Comme la plupart des muffins, aucun batteur \u00e9lectrique n'est requis puisque tout peut \u00eatre m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 la main. Cela extraira une partie des huiles du zeste et amplifiera la saveur de citron dans vos muffins. Vous pouvez m\u00eame utiliser du zeste et du jus d'orange si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Une fois que vous avez vos deux bols d'ingr\u00e9dients m\u00e9lang\u00e9s, combinez-les et remuez pour obtenir un appareil lisse. Incorporez ensuite vos canneberges. Si vous souhaitez pr\u00e9parer cette recette \u00e0 l'avance, vous pouvez pr\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te sans les canneberges et la mettre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur jusqu'\u00e0 2 jours. Mais \u00e9videmment, vous pouvez faire des muffins aux canneberges de taille normale. Je recommande fortement de les parsemer de sucre avant la cuisson pour un peu plus de texture. Ou vous pouvez les conserver au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur jusqu'\u00e0 une semaine. Mais ils sont \u00e9videmment meilleurs le jour qu\u2019ils sont cuits.
