This is indeed a \u201choliday\u201d recipe 2 months after Christmas. Whoops. But actually, these vegan jam sandwich cookies are perfect anytime of year! They\u2019re adaptable to any event and always delicious no matter the season.  You can use a heart-shaped cookie cutter, an Easter one, a Halloween one\u2026The possibilities are endless. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Ces sabl\u00e9s sont beurr\u00e9s, pas trop sucr\u00e9s mais tellement addictifs! Vous pouvez les consid\u00e9rer comme des Jammie Dodgers v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens ou des biscuits linzer (mais sans noix). Les biscuits linzer contiennent des noix comme de la poudre d'amande (parfois de la poudre de noisette). Alors que cette recette utilise une base de biscuits simples au beurre! Vous pouvez m\u00eame utiliser du sucre glace \u00e0 la limite, cela donnera aux sabl\u00e9s une texture plus friable et fine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Sel.<\/strong> Tr\u00e8s important dans tout type de p\u00e2tisserie pour \u00e9quilibrer le go\u00fbt et faire ressortir toutes les saveurs. La p\u00e2te de vanille vous donnera un joli aspect picot\u00e9 \u00e0 votre p\u00e2te. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement remplacer la vanille par un autre extrait comme l'amande. Ou remplacez-la par un autre ar\u00f4me compl\u00e8tement. Comme des \u00e9pices, du zeste de citron, du zeste d'orange, de l'eau de rose, de la fleur d'oranger, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Eau.<\/strong> Cela remplace le liquide habituellement ajout\u00e9e par les \u0153ufs. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser du lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal. Quelle que soit le liquide, assurez-vous que ce soit juste \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante afin que \u00e7a ne solidifie pas ou ne fasse pas fondre le beurre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size translation-block\"><strong>Farine.<\/strong> J'utilise de la farine tout usage, mais vous pouvez aussi utiliser de la farine faible\/\u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie si vous en avez. En fait, j'ai fait cette recette \u00e0 la main plusieurs fois et c'est tr\u00e8s faisable. Commencez par cr\u00e9mer le beurre, le sucre, le sel, la poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te et la vanille ensemble jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'ils soient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus a\u00e9r\u00e9s et p\u00e2le (pas besoin d\u2019incorporer une tonne d'air).
