Nous devons donc arranger \u00e7a. Bien que ce ne soit pas une tarte \u00e0 la citrouille (je travaillerai sur \u00e7a), c'est quand m\u00eame un g\u00e2teau streusel \u00e0 la citrouille v\u00e9g\u00e9talien. Streusel croustillant parsem\u00e9 sur un g\u00e2teau \u00e0 la citrouille moelleux? On ne peut pas se tromper avec \u00e7a. Le g\u00e2teau est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9pic\u00e9 et moelleux, tandis que le streusel est croquant avec des graines de citrouille ajout\u00e9es. Lorsque vous achetez la citrouille, optez pour les petites citrouilles \u00e0 cuire. En fait, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re utiliser de la courge musqu\u00e9e (que je n'avais pas our cette recette) car je trouve qu'elle donne une meilleure saveur. Coupez la tige puis coupez la courge ou la citrouille en deux. Vous pouvez huiler les c\u00f4t\u00e9s coup\u00e9s. Placer les deux moiti\u00e9s c\u00f4t\u00e9 coup\u00e9 vers le bas sur la plaque chemis\u00e9e et cuire au four pendant 45 minutes \u00e0 1 heure. Le temps de cuisson d\u00e9pendra de la taille de votre citrouille ou de votre courge. Quand tout est \u00e9vid\u00e9, m\u00e9langez jusqu'\u00e0 consistance lisse. Et voil\u00e0! Laissez la pur\u00e9e refroidir avant de l'utiliser dans le g\u00e2teau. Vous pouvez congeler les restes de pur\u00e9e dans un sac ou un contenant herm\u00e9tique pendant quelques mois. Vous pouvez le garder en gros morceaux ou l\u2019\u00e9mietter pour avoir un crumble plus fin. Si vous \u00eates comme moi et que vous ne pouvez pas attendre que quelque chose refroidisse pour d\u00e9guster, je vous encourage <em>fortement<\/em> de trouver la patience de le faire au moins pour ce g\u00e2teau. Bien qu'il soit tr\u00e8s bon ti\u00e8de, la texture est bien meilleure une fois refroidi et le g\u00e2teau a pris. Pendant qu'il est chaud, il semble un peu p\u00e2teux. D\u00e9licieux.
