Et si vous voulez un petit quelque chose en plus, vous pouvez m\u00eame ajouter quelques p\u00e9pites de chocolat au milieu quand vous les formez comme je l'ai fait avec celui dans les photos. Mais vous pouvez \u00e9galement les garder simples si vous le souhaitez, ils seront aussi bons!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:51px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Cette recette est en fait n\u00e9e d\u2019une erreur. Lorsque je faisais un g\u00e2teau \u00e0 la noix de coco (recette \u00e0 venir) et que j'ai mal calcul\u00e9 les quantit\u00e9s, j\u2019ai fini avec une p\u00e2te aussi \u00e9paisse qu'une p\u00e2te \u00e0 biscuits, mais j'ai quand m\u00eame d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de la faire cuire en petites boules. Et elles sont sortis d\u00e9licieuses! Ce ne sont que des ingr\u00e9dients de base et un peu de lait de coco, ce qui renforce encore plus la saveur de la noix de coco. Ensuite, c'est juste une question de combiner tous les ingr\u00e9dients puis former des boules. J'ai toujours trouv\u00e9 que les rochers \u00e0 la noix de coco \u00e9taient trop sucr\u00e9s, donc j'ai \u00e9galement r\u00e9duit le sucre dans cette recette (afin que je puisse en manger plus). Et honn\u00eatement, \u00e7a les rend addictifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:51px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Ces rochers contiennent de la farine bien qu\u2019il y en a pas normalement dans les rochers \u00e0 la noix de coco. Mais comme cette recette contient du lait de coco, elle a besoin de plus de liant. Vous pourriez remplacer la farine par une farine sans gluten, je ne vois pas pourquoi cela ne fonctionnerait pas.
