De plus, c'est un processus beaucoup plus simple. Pas de repos ni de friture. J'adore leur texture alors pourquoi se casser la t\u00eate! La m\u00e9thode est la m\u00eame, il suffit de m\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients humides dans un bol, les secs dans un autre, et de les combiner ensemble. Mais \u00e9vitez de trop m\u00e9langer! Ils sont \u00e9galement sucr\u00e9s purement avec de la m\u00e9lasse afin que son go\u00fbt soit bien pr\u00e9sent. Ou \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9 dans la journ\u00e9e qu\u2019ils sont faits. Ils perdent leur qualit\u00e9 moelleuse et l\u00e9g\u00e8re avec le temps et peuvent avoir tendance \u00e0 se dess\u00e9cher et \u00e0 sembler denses m\u00eame lorsqu'ils sont conserv\u00e9s dans un contenant herm\u00e9tique. S'il en reste et que vous avez besoin de les conserver, je les garderais pas plus qu\u2019une journ\u00e9e dans une bo\u00eete herm\u00e9tique \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.
