C'est le temps des citrouilles et des pommes en ce moment et je fais une tarte aux fraises v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne. C'est tout! Elle est simple \u00e0 faire et peut \u00eatre faite \u00e0 la main donc aucun \u00e9quipement sp\u00e9cial n'est requis! Travaillez-le d'abord seul dans un bol avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois ou en m\u00e9tal (pour ne pas casser votre maryse comme je l'ai fait) jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'il soit mall\u00e9able. Ajoutez ensuite le sucre glace tamis\u00e9, la poudre d'amande et le sel. Le m\u00e9lange tranchera, c'est normal. Ajoutez un peu de farine pour le lisser. Ajoutez ensuite le reste et remuez jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'une p\u00e2te se forme. Pour \u00e9viter de trop m\u00e9langer, allez-y avec vos mains pour finir d'incorporer la farine. Mais en bref, la m\u00e9thode est la m\u00eame que pour faire une cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re non v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne. Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langez ensemble le reste des ingr\u00e9dients sauf le beurre. Ajoutez un peu de lait pour former un m\u00e9lange lisse avec les ingr\u00e9dients secs puis remettre le tout dans la casserole. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et fouetter <em>constamment<\/em> jusqu'\u00e0 \u00e9paississement. Si vous arr\u00eatez de m\u00e9langer quelques secondes, vous devriez voir de grosses bulles remonter lentement \u00e0 la surface. Verser la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re dans un plat peu profond (plus elle est \u00e9tal\u00e9e fine, plus elle refroidira rapidement) et recouvrir d'une pellicule plastique (ou une alternative \u00e0 la pellicule plastique) directement sur la surface pour \u00e9viter la formation d'une peau. Placez-la au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant que vous \u00e9talez et faites cuire le fond de tarte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong>Abaisser, cuire et assembler<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong>Abaisser<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Une fois que votre p\u00e2te a suffisamment refroidie, commencez \u00e0 la presser et \u00e0 l'\u00e9taler sur une surface farin\u00e9e ou entre 2 morceaux de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Je recommanderais le papier car il facilite le transfert au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur si la p\u00e2te devient trop molle. Un fond de tarte tr\u00e8s \u00e9pais sera difficile \u00e0 couper et \u00e0 manger, mais un fond trop fin sera fragile, difficile \u00e0 travailler et se d\u00e9trempe plus rapidement. La tarte que j'ai faite pour les photos a une cro\u00fbte un peu trop \u00e9paisse.
