Je veux mon espace de cong\u00e9lateur! Et comme il y a un maximum de <a href=\"https:\/\/thequaintkitchen.com\/fr\/delicious-vegan-banana-bread\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pain aux bananes<\/a> que l'on peut consommer, il est temps d'\u00e9largir mes options. Commen\u00e7ons avec ces biscuits v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens aux bananes et p\u00e9pites de chocolat. Puis \u00e9ventuellement \u00e7a sera du g\u00e2teau aux bananes, des brioches et peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame du pouding. La quantit\u00e9 de bananes me guidera. Ces biscuits sont essentiellement du pain aux bananes mais sous forme de biscuits. Ils ont m\u00eame un soup\u00e7on de cannelle. Les p\u00e9pites de chocolat ajoutent un petit quelque chose, mais il y en a juste assez pour les go\u00fbter sans toutefois prendre le dessus sur le go\u00fbt de la banane. Pas de beurre et pas besoin de cr\u00e9mer quoi que ce soit, juste quelques ingr\u00e9dients simples et deux bols. Commencer par m\u00e9langer la farine, le bicarbonate de soude, la poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te, le sel et la cannelle dans un bol. Cela laisse le temps aux saveurs de d\u00e9velopper, \u00e0 la farine de s'hydrater et m\u00eame au gluten de se d\u00e9tendre, de cette fa\u00e7on vous \u00eates s\u00fbr de ne pas obtenir un biscuit \u00e0 la banane sec. Ce qui signifie un dessus plus froiss\u00e9, une texture plus chewy et un centre plus moelleux. Vous pouvez donc les conserver environ 2-3 jours dans un r\u00e9cipient \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante mais il sont \u00e9videmment meilleurs encore ti\u00e8des \u00e0 la sortie du four. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement en cuire autant que vous le souhaitez et congeler le reste de la p\u00e2te d\u00e9j\u00e0 portionn\u00e9e en boules jusqu'\u00e0 2 mois de temps.
