Un dessert simple et plus rapide qu\u2019une tarte aux p\u00eaches, mais parfait pour mettre en valeur les p\u00eaches m\u00fbres qui go\u00fbtent presque les bonbons que l'on peut trouver \u00e0 cette p\u00e9riode de l'ann\u00e9e. Qu'est-ce qu'il n'y a pas \u00e0 aimer? De plus, un cobbler peut sembler compliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 faire, mais la recette est en fait vraiment simple et facile! Et ce que vous obtenez est vraiment d\u00e9licieux. Il y a aussi une touche de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs pour l'aider \u00e0 \u00e9paissir au four pour \u00e9viter que le cobbler ne finisse par \u00eatre une (d\u00e9licieuse) soupe. Et oui, vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser des p\u00eaches en conserve (\u00e9goutt\u00e9es) ou surgel\u00e9es (et d\u00e9congel\u00e9es) si vous avez envie de cette recette et que les p\u00eaches fra\u00eeches ne sont pas disponibles o\u00f9 vous \u00eates. Juste quelques ingr\u00e9dients secs et humides m\u00e9lang\u00e9s puis combin\u00e9s pour former l'entre-deux parfait entre un dessus style scone sucr\u00e9 et croustillant (sans l\u2019effet scone sec) et un int\u00e9rieur moelleux style g\u00e2teau. L'accord parfait avec la savoureuse garniture aux p\u00eaches. Et le soup\u00e7on de cannelle va \u00e0 merveille avec. Ensuite, mettez-l\u00e0 de c\u00f4t\u00e9 pendant que vous pr\u00e9parez l\u2019appareil. Gardez \u00e0 l'esprit que plus vous coupez les p\u00eaches petites ou fines, plus elles seront tendres. Alors que les gros morceaux conserveront un peu mieux leur forme et leur texture. Honn\u00eatement, \u00e7a ne me d\u00e9range pas, alors j\u2019ai gard\u00e9 la peau, mais c'est \u00e0 vous de d\u00e9cider. Pour les \u00e9plucher facilement, vous pouvez les plonger dans de l'eau bouillante pendant environ 20 secondes puis les d\u00e9poser dans un bol d'eau glac\u00e9e pour les refroidir, vous devriez alors pouvoir les \u00e9plucher tr\u00e8s facilement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Si vos p\u00eaches sont molles et bien m\u00fbres, cela pourrait \u00eatre plus difficile \u00e0 faire. Essayez d'utiliser des p\u00eaches m\u00fbres mais pas trop molles pour cette recette de toute fa\u00e7on. Que vous vouliez les \u00e9plucher ou non. Si vos p\u00eaches sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 molles, vous vous retrouverez probablement avec une garniture plus p\u00e2teuse. La texture ne ressemblera pas \u00e0 celle d'une p\u00e2te de cobbler traditionnelle, elle ressemblera plut\u00f4t \u00e0 un appareil \u00e0 g\u00e2teau \u00e9pais. Il n'y a pas vraiment de bonne ou de mauvaise fa\u00e7on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Ensuite, \u00e7a va au four! La cuisson prendra environ 30 minutes. Le dessus deviendra magnifiquement dor\u00e9 et vous verrez la garniture bouillonner \u00e0 travers les espaces de la cro\u00fbte.
