Cette fois, des carr\u00e9s v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens aux bleuets! Une d\u00e9licieuse base beurr\u00e9e (mais sans le beurre) surmont\u00e9e d'une <a href=\"https:\/\/thequaintkitchen.com\/fr\/vegan-creme-patissiere-pastry-cream\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re<\/a> onctueuse et d'un tourbillon de compote de bleuets maison, semblable \u00e0 celle utilis\u00e9e dans les <a href=\"https:\/\/thequaintkitchen.com\/fr\/vegan-blueberry-buns\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">brioches aux bleuets<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Vous avez peut-\u00eatre lu cette description, vu les photos, et pensez que ce dessert semble un peu lourd. Mais je peux vous garantir que ce n\u2019est pas le cas. La base sabl\u00e9e fond en bouche, la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re est soyeuse, l\u00e9g\u00e8re et presque comme un flan, et les bleuets ajoutent de la fra\u00eecheur et r\u00e9veille le tout. De plus, ils ne n\u00e9cessitent que des ingr\u00e9dients simples et aucun \u00e9quipement sp\u00e9cial! Je dis <em>style<\/em> sabl\u00e9 parce que ce n'est pas la m\u00eame recette ni m\u00e9thode qu\u2019un sabl\u00e9 traditionnel mais \u00e7a donne une texture similaire. Vous avez juste besoin de farine, de sucre, de sel, d'eau, d'huile et de zeste de citron. C'est tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Vous n\u2019avez qu\u2019\u00e0 m\u00e9langer le sucre, le sel, l'eau, l'huile et le zeste de citron ensembles, ajouter la farine et m\u00e9langer jusqu'\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse. Ensuite, vous la pressez dans un moule 9\u00d79 graiss\u00e9 et chemis\u00e9, puis, avec une tasse \u00e0 fond plat, vous la compactez uniform\u00e9ment et la faites cuire. Vous pouvez utiliser la m\u00eame casserole pour faire les deux en commen\u00e7ant par la compote de myrtilles et en la transf\u00e9rant dans un bol, puis en rin\u00e7ant la casserole pour faire la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re. Ou vous pouvez simplement utiliser 2 casseroles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size translation-block\"><em>Ou<\/em>, vous pouvez m\u00eame pr\u00e9parer la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re dans un bol au micro-ondes. J'ai d\u00e9couvert cette magie en testant cette recette et c'est dangereusement facile \u00e0 faire. Creme p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re en quelques minutes? C\u2019est de la sorcellerie. Une fois le fond cuit, laissez-le refroidir et commencez par faire la compote de bleuets. Faites cuire tous les ingr\u00e9dients ensemble dans votre casserole, en remuant constamment pour \u00e9viter que \u00e7a colle. \u00c9crasez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les bleuets avec votre spatule et faites cuire jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange bouillonne et \u00e9paississe. Ensuite, d\u00e9poser de petites cuiller\u00e9es de compote de bleuets sur la cr\u00e8me et \u00e0 l\u2019aide d'un cure-dent ou d'un petit couteau tourbillonnez-la dans la cr\u00e8me. Surtout si vous voulez qu'elles soient jolies. La base sera encore croustillante et la compote encore proprement tourbillonn\u00e9e. Mais si vous avez des restants, ils se conserveront encore 2 jours au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur dans un contenant ferm\u00e9. Ces deux choses feront un dessert tr\u00e8s peu attrayant et d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able une fois d\u00e9congel\u00e9.
