Le sucre en poudre ajoute une fine couche sucr\u00e9e pour balancer l\u2019acidit\u00e9 et donne \u00e0 ces biscuits leur joli aspect craquel\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size translation-block\">De plus, ils sont hyper faciles et rapides \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, ce qui en fait un biscuit parfait \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser pour le th\u00e9, un potluck, un \u00e9change de biscuits, un pique-nique ou n\u2019importe quoi d\u2019autre! Et vous pouvez m\u00eame modifier la recette pour la faire avec d'autres agrumes comme l'orange, le pamplemousse ou le citron Meyer. Comme remplacer l'\u0153uf de graines de lin par de la farine de pois chiche pour \u00e9viter les petits morceaux fonc\u00e9s dans le biscuit, et incorporer \u00e0 la fois du jus et du zeste de citron pour avoir toute la saveur du citron. Celle au chocolat est celle que je faisais souvent, donc celle-ci est une belle variante et id\u00e9ale pour le printemps et l'\u00e9t\u00e9!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comment r\u00e9aliser ces biscuits craquel\u00e9s au citron<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Honn\u00eatement, \u00e7a ne pourrait pas \u00eatre plus simple. La p\u00e2te est m\u00e9lang\u00e9e \u00e0 la main et il n'y a pas de temps de refroidissement. Dans l'ensemble, ces biscuits peuvent \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9s en moins de 40 minutes. Puisque les portions sont roul\u00e9es directement dans le sucre en poudre, \u00e7a ne pose aucun probl\u00e8me. Et cette texture fait que les biscuits s\u2019\u00e9talent parfaitement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que les biscuits cuisent et s\u2019\u00e9talent, l'enrobage de sucre en poudre se fend et cr\u00e9e le joli dessus craquel\u00e9. Le mien est tr\u00e8s doux, donc je peux me permettre le 1\/8 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9. Mais si le v\u00f4tre go\u00fbte fort, je r\u00e9duirais peut-\u00eatre la quantit\u00e9 d'environ la moiti\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Pour les conserver, placez-les dans un contenant herm\u00e9tique jusqu'\u00e0 3 jours. Ils perdront leur ext\u00e9rieur croustillant et une partie du sucre en poudre va se dissoudre \u00e0 cause de l'humidit\u00e9.
