La premi\u00e8re fois que j'ai mang\u00e9 un blondie c'\u00e9tait \u00e0 mon lieu de travail et je ne pouvais pas croire \u00e0 quel point c\u2019\u00e9tait sucr\u00e9. Je ne pouvais m\u00eame pas comprendre comment les gens les mangeaient. Il s'av\u00e8re que cette recette n'\u00e9tait tout simplement pas g\u00e9niale, car bien que les blondies soient vraiment sucr\u00e9es, quand elles sont bonnes, elles sont <em>vraiment<\/em> bonnes. Encore plus que des brownies. Ouais, je l'ai dit. J\u2019en n\u2019avais pas eu un depuis des ann\u00e9es, alors j'ai r\u00e9cemment entrepris le d\u00e9fi d\u2019en faire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size translation-block\">Le premier essai que j'ai fait \u00e9tait hyper graisseux. Il est sorti du four pratiquement de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re qu'il est entr\u00e9. En gros, c'\u00e9tait des bouch\u00e9es de p\u00e2te de blondie. Ce qui ne sonne pas mal, mais croyez-moi, \u00e7a l'\u00e9tait. C'\u00e9tait beaucoup trop sucr\u00e9 et il y avait une couche d'huile tout autour. Bref, le test n\u00b01 a \u00e9t\u00e9 un \u00e9chec. Mais ensuite, j'ai essay\u00e9 de faire un lot avec de la farine de pois chiches dedans. Oui, farine de pois chiches. Encore. Maintenant, si vous avez vu la recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/thequaintkitchen.com\/fr\/delicious-vegan-banana-bread\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pain aux bananes <\/a>, vous connaissez mon amour pour ce produit. Eh bien, cet amour ne cesse de grandir. Cela a compl\u00e8tement chang\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats de la recette en exactement ce que je recherchais. Il fallait juste ce sel sur le dessus pour contraster le sucre et voil\u00e0. Il est moelleux, fondant, d\u00e9cadent, a un joli dessus et des bords croustillants et vous avez seulement l'impression que vous avez besoin de boire un verre de lait apr\u00e8s avoir mang\u00e9 <em>deux<\/em> morceaux et non un seul. Quoique j'ai la dent tr\u00e8s sucr\u00e9e, alors je ne peux parler que pour moi-m\u00eame.
