Mais comme on ne compte pas enti\u00e8rement sur le caillage pour la saveur, d\u2019autres lait cr\u00e9meux v\u00e9g\u00e9tals feront l'affaire, comme noix de cajou ou m\u00eame avoine. J'\u00e9viterais par contre les lait moins riches comme le lait de riz. J'utilise la version originale (sucr\u00e9e) du lait de soja car les produits laitiers sont naturellement un peu sucr\u00e9s. Mais si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez utiliser du lait non sucr\u00e9, vous pouvez. L'huile de coco \u00e9tant une mati\u00e8re grasse solide, elle imite tr\u00e8s bien le beurre. Assurez-vous d'utiliser de l'huile de coco raffin\u00e9e\/d\u00e9sodoris\u00e9e pour que votre beurre n'ait pas une saveur de noix de coco. Pour \u00e9viter que le beurre ne soit trop dur, une huile neutre est ajout\u00e9e. Vous pouvez ajuster le ratio d\u2019huile solide et d'huile liquide pour obtenir la texture souhait\u00e9e tant que la quantit\u00e9 totale reste la m\u00eame. Vous pouvez le trouver dans les magasins d'aliments naturels, les magasins de p\u00e2tisseries, ou en ligne, et \u00e7a dure <em>tr\u00e8s<\/em> longtemps. \u00c7a fait un bout que j\u2019ai la m\u00eame bouteille et j\u2019en ai m\u00eame pas utilis\u00e9 la moiti\u00e9 encore!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Gomme de xanthane.<\/strong> J'ai fait cette recette plusieurs fois avant d\u2019acheter de la gomme xanthane et \u00e7a fonctionnait relativement bien. It adds fat\/creaminess and a buttery taste as well as a brown butter one once it toasts. You could also use hazelnut powder for a stronger brown butter flavour. If you plan on using the butter for saut\u00e9ing or on high heat, leave it out as almond powder burns so it\u2019ll leave an unpleasant flavour. class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Levure alimentaire.<\/strong> Pour ajouter plus de saveur au beurre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
