Je ne vais pas vous mentir et dire que \u00e7a go\u00fbte 100% pareil. \u00c7a ne reproduit \u00e9videmment pas le go\u00fbt laitier, mais \u00e7a reproduit la m\u00eame <strong>texture cr\u00e9meuse et une saveur similaire<\/strong>, avec peut-\u00eatre un peu plus d\u2019acidit\u00e9. La saveur d\u00e9pendra \u00e9galement du yogourt que vous utilisez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size translation-block\">Si vous \u00eates au Canada, j'ai utilis\u00e9 <em>yoso soygo nature<\/em>, qui a un go\u00fbt tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sucr\u00e9 et de soya avec une acidit\u00e9 plus prononc\u00e9e. Peut-\u00eatre que je finirai par faire mon propre yogourt v\u00e9g\u00e9talien. J'aurais aim\u00e9 tester cette recette avec un yogourt \u00e0 base de noix aussi, mais la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 non-sucr\u00e9 est limit\u00e9e o\u00f9 je suis. (J'ai achet\u00e9 le yogourt <em>yoso aux noix non sucr\u00e9<\/em> en pensant que \u00e7a serait parfait, mais j\u2019ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 qu'il contient de la cannelle et d'autres ar\u00f4mes. * Soupir *)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size translation-block\"><strong><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">MISE \u00c0 JOUR:<\/span><\/em><\/strong><em> J'ai trouv\u00e9 du yogourt non-sucr\u00e9 aux amandes de Silk et la recette a fonctionn\u00e9 tout aussi bien! Il a une texture un peu granuleuse, je l'ai donc m\u00e9lang\u00e9 plus longtemps. Ce n'est pas aussi acidul\u00e9 que le yogourt de soja, mais vous pouvez ajuster le go\u00fbt avec du jus de citron apr\u00e8s si vous voulez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size translation-block\">Donc, si vous avez acc\u00e8s \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents types de yogourt de soja nature et non sucr\u00e9, je choisirais <strong>celui qui a la liste d'ingr\u00e9dients la plus courte et le moins d'additifs<\/strong>. Assurez-vous que le bol est suffisamment profond pour que la passoire ne touche pas le liquide.
