Avant d\u2019\u00eatre v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne, j'adorais le pain aux bananes et noix de Costco. C'\u00e9tait juste parfaitement tendre, avec la bonne quantit\u00e9 de noix et tellement addictif. Alors quand nous en avons fait un \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole et qu'il est sorti presque exactement comme celui-l\u00e0 (sans tous les additifs), disons simplement que j'\u00e9tais TR\u00c8S excit\u00e9e. La raison \u00e9tant qu'ils sortaient toujours si denses! Et s'ils n'\u00e9taient pas denses, ils \u00e9taient trop secs. Donc, je passais des mois sans tester un pain aux bananes, car c\u2019\u00e9tait frustrant, pour \u00eatre tout \u00e0 fait honn\u00eate. Ayez confiance. C'est vraiment incroyable. En fait, c'est l'un des substituts d'\u0153ufs v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens les plus polyvalents que j'ai trouv\u00e9s. J'ai fait des recettes non v\u00e9g\u00e9taliennes simplement en rempla\u00e7ant les \u0153ufs par cette farine et elles sont quasi identiques! Vous le verrez probablement souvent sur le blog. C'est devenu un aliment de base dans mon garde-manger v\u00e9g\u00e9talien. Par contre, le truc a un go\u00fbt d\u00e9go\u00fbtant dans sa forme crue. Je ne recommanderais donc pas de go\u00fbter une p\u00e2te faite avec. Croyez-moi. Bien que je n\u2019aie pas go\u00fbt\u00e9 \u00e0 celui du Costco depuis des ann\u00e9es, alors je ne peux pas comparer, celui-ci satisfait cette envie que je ressens de temps en temps. \u00c7a reste \u00e9videmment un peu plus dense, mais la saveur est l\u00e0. Si vous le voulez plus all\u00e9g\u00e9, vous pouvez faire cuire la p\u00e2te dans des mini-moules \u00e0 pain ou m\u00eame sous forme de muffins. Ils auront une meilleure mont\u00e9e car il n'y a pas autant de poids sur la structure.
