Je pouvais le sentir dans l'air pendant que ces brioches v\u00e9g\u00e9taliennes cuisaient\u2026 La slush, les bonhommes de neige qui fondent, les nids-de-poule remplis d'eau et la temp\u00eate de neige extra que nous avons toujours. La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 activer la levure dans le lait et le sucre r\u00e9chauff\u00e9s. Pendant que \u00e7a mousse, fouetter ensemble la farine, les zestes d'orange et de citron, le sel et les \u00e9pices. It\u2019s a very easy dough to work with, so there\u2019s no problem kneading it by hand.
