Oui, c'est bizarre. C\u2019est pas cher non plus et \u00e7a ne n\u00e9cessite que 3 \u00e0 4 ingr\u00e9dients! Que vous ayez des \u00e9corces d'orange, de citron ou de pamplemousse, vous pouvez les confire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size translation-block\">C'est un <strong>processus tr\u00e8s simple<\/strong> et pas mal le m\u00eame peu importe le type d'agrume que vous utilisez. La seule diff\u00e9rence sera la dur\u00e9e que vous les laissez mijoter dans le sirop. Par exemple, comme les \u00e9corces de citron sont plus am\u00e8res, vous les laisseriez mijoter plus longtemps que les pelures d'orange. Vous pouvez \u00e9plucher de longues lani\u00e8res \u00e0 l'aide d'un \u00e9plucheur ou retirer la peau enti\u00e8re tout en la gardant intacte. Ensuite, pour garder la peau intacte, coupez les bouts du fruit puis coupez-le en deux. Mettez-les toutes dans une casserole, couvrez d'eau froide et portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition compl\u00e8te pendant environ 2 minutes. Puis chinoisez et r\u00e9p\u00e9tez 2 fois de plus, en commen\u00e7ant toujours avec de l'eau froide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size translation-block\">Et enfin, pour les confire, laissez-les <strong>mijoter dans un sirop simple<\/strong> (vous pouvez trouver plus d'infos sur les sirops simples  <a href=\"https:\/\/thequaintkitchen.com\/fr\/simple-syrups\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ici<\/a>). Vous pouvez ajouter une pinc\u00e9e de sel au sirop pour balancer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement l'amertume. <strong>Plus les \u00e9corces mijotent longtemps, plus elles deviendront sucr\u00e9es et molles.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size translation-block\">Environ <strong>30 minutes<\/strong> pour une petite quantit\u00e9 est un bon point de d\u00e9part. Les allumettes sont d\u00e9licieuses roul\u00e9es dans du sucre blanc (ou sucre vanill\u00e9) ou tremper dans du chocolat pour manger nature. Ensuite, laissez-les s\u00e9cher sur un plateau ou une grille \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pendant environ une journ\u00e9e avant de les conserver dans un contenant ferm\u00e9 dans votre garde-manger pendant environ 1 \u00e0 2 semaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Tremp\u00e9es dans du chocolat ou nature:<\/strong> Dans les deux cas, il est bon de les laisser s\u00e9cher l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sur un plateau ou une grille \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante afin qu'il n'y ait pas trop d'humidit\u00e9 une fois qu'elles sont rang\u00e9es dans un contenant ferm\u00e9. Elles peuvent tous les deux \u00eatre conserv\u00e9es au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur jusqu'\u00e0 1 mois ou \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pendant 1 \u00e0 2 semaines.
