Vous pouvez m\u00eame caram\u00e9liser le sucre blanc puis y ajouter de l'eau (un peu plus que n\u00e9cessaire car une partie va s'\u00e9vaporer) pour un sirop simple au caramel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>D\u2019autres id\u00e9es:<\/strong> Cassonade ou cassonade fonc\u00e9e, sucre de noix de coco, sucre de dattes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Une autre possibilit\u00e9 serait de remplacer le sucre granul\u00e9 ou une partie avec un sucre liquide. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Des id\u00e9es:<\/strong> Sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable (comme \u00e7a contient environ 30% d\u2019eau, simplement r\u00e9duire la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019eau \u00e0 ajouter de 30%), sirop d\u2019agave, sirop de riz brun, ou m\u00eame remplacer une partie du sucre avec de la m\u00e9lasse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong>Diff\u00e9rents liquides<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Tout comme le sucre peut \u00eatre chang\u00e9, le liquide peut l\u2019\u00eatre aussi. Au lieu de l'eau, vous pouvez utiliser du jus (non sucr\u00e9 sera la meilleure option) ou d'autres liquides, ou remplacer jusqu'\u00e0 la moiti\u00e9 de l'eau par des pur\u00e9es de fruits, selon leur consistance. Plus la pur\u00e9e est \u00e9paisse, moins vous devrez en utiliser. De cette fa\u00e7on, votre sirop reste tr\u00e8s fluide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Des id\u00e9es:<\/strong> Orange, pomme, citron, litchi, concombre, pomme grenade, ananas, canneberge, eau de coco, pamplemousse, mangue, fruit de la passion, p\u00eache, caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong>Herbes, \u00e9pices et th\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Pour les ajouts, n\u2019importe quelle herbe, \u00e9pice ou th\u00e9 auquels vous pouvez penser, vous pouvez probablement l'infuser dans le sirop. Pour une saveur plus prononc\u00e9e, vous pouvez porter l'eau avec l'ajout \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis couvrir et laisser infuser pendant 30 minutes. Une fois infus\u00e9, filtrer et mesurer\/peser pour ajouter la quantit\u00e9 d'eau perdue au cours du processus. De cette fa\u00e7on, l'ajout infuse au fur et \u00e0 mesure que le m\u00e9lange chauffe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Id\u00e9es d\u2019herbes:<\/strong> Romarin, lavande, sauge, thym, citronnelle, m\u00e9lisse, menthe, feuilles de lime kaffir, verveine.                                                                                            <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Id\u00e9es d\u2019\u00e9pices:<\/strong> Gingembre, clou de girofle, cannelle, muscade, cardamome, anise, graines de coriandre, graines de fenouil, gousse de vanille, sumac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em>*Si vous les utilisez sous forme de poudre, vous pouvez passer le sirop \u00e0 travers un filtre \u00e0 caf\u00e9.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Id\u00e9es de th\u00e9s:<\/strong> Earl grey, lavande, hibiscus, th\u00e9 vert, camomille, th\u00e9 aux \u00e9pices\/chai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong>Extraits et autres<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Les extraits et autres essences\/ar\u00f4mes doivent \u00eatre ajout\u00e9s une fois le sirop fait pour \u00e9viter qu'ils ne s'\u00e9vaporent. Assurez-vous d'utiliser des extraits \u00e0 base d'eau ou d\u2019alcool, car les extraits \u00e0 base d'huile se s\u00e9pareront du sirop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Des id\u00e9es:<\/strong> Extrait ou p\u00e2te de vanille, eau de rose, eau de fleur d\u2019oranger, essence de m\u00e9lilot, extrait d\u2019amande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comment conserver du sirop simple<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Une fois que votre sirop simple est fait, versez-le dans un pot masson ou autre contenant. Si vous y avez ajout\u00e9 des herbes, des \u00e9pices ou autres, passez-le au tamis fin (avec un filtre \u00e0 caf\u00e9 pour les ajouts tr\u00e8s fins ou en poudre).
