Farine, \u0153ufs, beurre et sucre. La plupart des recettes ont en commun le repos au frigo. C'est pourquoi la forme du moule aide, car le milieu a plus d\u2019appareil que les bords alors \u00e7a ne cuit pas aussi vite et donc \u00e7a monte plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Bien qu'en th\u00e9orie, la m\u00eame chose pourrait se produire si vous cuisez un g\u00e2teau de cette fa\u00e7on, les bords prendraient plus rapidement et vous obtiendriez une bosse au centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\" style=\"font-size:22px\"><em><strong>Si vous faites cette recette, faites-moi savoir!
