Tr\u00e8s bon film. Le fondant au chocolat fait partie de ces desserts classiques qui figurent sur de nombreux menus mais c\u2019est aussi tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 faire \u00e0 la maison! C'est r\u00e9confortant et moelleux, avec un centre de chocolat riche. C'est une version moins \u00abpuissante\u00bb puisque vous n'obtenez pas une flaque de chocolat pur mais plut\u00f4t des cuiller\u00e9es de p\u00e2te \u00e0 g\u00e2teau au chocolat. \u00c7a peut \u00eatre un peu plus compliqu\u00e9 en terme de cuisson puisque \u00e7a d\u00e9pend de la puissance de votre four. Quelques minutes de trop et vous vous retrouverez avec un g\u00e2teau au chocolat. C'est fait en pla\u00e7ant une boule de ganache chocolat congel\u00e9e au milieu de l\u2019appareil pour qu'elle fonde dans le four et cr\u00e9e l'effet d\u00e9sir\u00e9. Vous \u00eates assur\u00e9 d'obtenir un centre fondu, que vous ayez un four de merde comme le mien ou un excellent four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Dans cette recette, j'ai en quelque sorte combin\u00e9 les deux m\u00e9thodes pour avoir le meilleur des deux mondes. Tout est m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 la main et le seul ingr\u00e9dient \u00abhors de l'ordinaire\u00bb est la poudre d'amande. La poudre d'amande torr\u00e9fi\u00e9e ajoute une certaine profondeur de go\u00fbt au g\u00e2teau et compl\u00e8te la saveur du chocolat avec les granules de caf\u00e9 instantan\u00e9. Et oui, aussi simple que \u00e7a. Mi-cuire le g\u00e2teau est plus d\u00e9licat car l'ext\u00e9rieur ne prend pas suffisamment sans \u0153ufs pour aussi conserver un centre fondu. De plus, la fa\u00e7on la plus accessible de faire de la <a href=\"https:\/\/thequaintkitchen.com\/fr\/vegan-chocolate-halloween-cake\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ganache v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne<\/a> est d'utiliser du lait ou de la cr\u00e8me de coco au lieu de la cr\u00e8me laiti\u00e8re, et je voulais \u00e9viter une saveur de noix de coco dans la recette. La raison \u00e9tant qu'ils ont une teneur plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e en beurre de cacao, donc lorsqu'ils fondent, ils sont plus fluides. <strong>Je ne recommande pas d'utiliser des p\u00e9pites de chocolat pour le centre!<\/strong> Ils contiennent des stabilisants et un pourcentage de beurre de cacao plus faible pour qu'ils conservent leur forme pendant la cuisson. S'il repose trop longtemps, le centre se solidifiera. Oui, vous pourriez probablement le passer au micro-ondes, mais ce ne sera pas exactement la m\u00eame chose. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">La meilleure fa\u00e7on de le d\u00e9guster frais tout en le pr\u00e9parant \u00e0 l'avance est de faire l\u2019appareil, le r\u00e9partir dans les ramequins graiss\u00e9s et saupoudr\u00e9s, les couvrir et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer au maximum une journ\u00e9e. Au moins une heure avant la cuisson, les retirer et laisser revenir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. Puis les cuire en suivant les m\u00eames instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"display:none;\"> <figure
