citron et du sucre \u00e9paissis sur le feu \u00e0 l'aide d'\u0153ufs entiers, de jaunes d'\u0153ufs ou des deux, puis enrichis de beurre. Pas tr\u00e8s v\u00e9g\u00e9talien. Certains le font cuire au bain-marie et certains dans une casserole directement sur le feu. Le r\u00e9sultat est une cr\u00e8me tr\u00e8s riche, cr\u00e9meuse et acidul\u00e9e mais aussi sucr\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u00c9videmment, quelques changements ont d\u00fb \u00eatre apport\u00e9s pour qu'elle soit v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne. \u00abQuelques\u00bb \u00e9tant environ la moiti\u00e9 de la recette. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size translation-block\">J'ai bas\u00e9 cette recette de cr\u00e8me citron v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne sur la <a href=\"https:\/\/thequaintkitchen.com\/fr\/vegan-creme-patissiere-pastry-cream\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re<\/a>, car ce sont principalement les m\u00eames ingr\u00e9dients mais avec quelques changements aux quantit\u00e9s pour une texture moins \u00e9paisse. Le lait de soja ou de noix de cajou non sucr\u00e9 sont les meilleurs choix car ce sont les options les plus cr\u00e9meuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Le jus de citron. <\/strong>Toujours utiliser du jus de citron fra\u00eechement press\u00e9. J'aime utiliser une microplane, \u00e7a zeste tr\u00e8s finement et enl\u00e8ve juste la couche externe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>La f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs.<\/strong> Pour \u00e9paissir le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 la place des \u0153ufs et le faire prendre juste assez une fois que c\u2019est refroidit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Le sucre.<\/strong> Il y a beaucoup plus de sucre dans une cr\u00e8me citron pour \u00e9quilibrer l'acidit\u00e9 du jus de citron. Vous pouvez toujours ajuster la quantit\u00e9 en fonction de votre go\u00fbt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>La levure alimentaire.<\/strong> \u00c7a ajoute un certain quelque chose qu\u2019apporte habituellement tous les jaunes d'\u0153ufs qui sont dans une cr\u00e8me citron. Un beurre au go\u00fbt pas trop fort c\u2019est mieux. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser de la cr\u00e8me de noix de coco si le go\u00fbt ne vous d\u00e9range pas. Alors que l'huile ajoute une partie du gras que les jaunes d'\u0153ufs apportent habituellement. J'ai utilis\u00e9 de l'huile au lieu de plus de beurre pour \u00e9viter que la cr\u00e8me ne soit trop rigide, mais pas assez pour qu'elle se s\u00e9pare. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Le curcuma.<\/strong> C\u2019est facultatif et purement pour la couleur.
