C'est une recette classique en p\u00e2tisserie et tr\u00e8s pratique. Que ce soit pour garnir un g\u00e2teau, une tarte aux fruits ou manger \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re, c'est une bonne recette \u00e0 conna\u00eetre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">La recette et les explications sont sur la fa\u00e7on de faire une cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re \u00e0 la vanille. Parce qu'une fois que vous avez ma\u00eetris\u00e9 \u00e7a, vous pouvez faire \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s n'importe quelle saveur en changeant l'extrait, le lait (pour du lait de coco par exemple), en ajoutant du chocolat, etc. Cette recette donne la base parfaite pour \u00e7a. Comme j'avais initialement fait cette recette pour un dessert au travail, j\u2019ai fait presque tout le monde la go\u00fbter c\u00f4te \u00e0 c\u00f4te avec la recette non v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne pour m'assurer que la saveur \u00e9tait aussi proche que possible. Les versions sucr\u00e9es\/originales (en particulier Silk, si vous vous demandez). Le lait de soja et le lait de cajou ont donn\u00e9 les meilleurs r\u00e9sultats en terme de texture et de go\u00fbt. Le lait d'amande n'est pas assez cr\u00e9meux, le r\u00e9sultat \u00e9tait donc un peu plus translucide. En gros, j'\u00e9viterais tout lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal qui est trop \u00abdilu\u00e9\u00bb, comme le lait d'amande et de riz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">La vanille.<\/span><\/strong> Puisque la vanille est la saveur principale de la recette, il est important d\u2019en utiliser une de bonne qualit\u00e9. La plupart des chefs diront qu'une gousse de vanille enti\u00e8re est la meilleure option, mais \u00e9videmment ce n\u2019est pas tout le monde qui a \u00e7a. Si vous en avez, parfait. Utilisez-la. Mais si vous n\u2019en avez pas, la p\u00e2te de gousse de vanille ou un bon extrait de vanille (pas d'imitation) fonctionnera parfaitement aussi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Le sucre.<\/span><\/strong> Du sucre blanc granul\u00e9 bien ordinaire est ce qui est utilis\u00e9 pour cette recette. Bien que je ne l'ai pas encore test\u00e9 avec d'autres types de sucre, je ne vois pas pourquoi \u00e7a ne fonctionnerait pas. Just garder en t\u00eate qu'un sucre qui n\u2019est pas blanc affectera la couleur de votre cr\u00e8me. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">La f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs.<\/span><\/strong> C'est ce qui \u00e9paissira la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re et la fera prendre (avec des \u0153ufs ou des jaunes d'\u0153ufs dans une version traditionnelle). Certaines recettes utilisent de la farine \u00e0 la place, mais j'aime m'en tenir \u00e0 la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs car elle \u00e9paissit plus vite et il y a moins de chance qu'elle laisse une saveur \u00abcrue\u00bb ou p\u00e2teuse en bouche. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Je n\u2019ai pas essay\u00e9 d\u2019utiliser un autre type de f\u00e9cule, car la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs donne un r\u00e9sultat plus ferme et est la meilleure option. D'autres f\u00e9cules comme la f\u00e9cule d\u2019arrow-root et la f\u00e9cule de tapioca sont plus \u00e9lastiques, sans oublier que vous en aurez besoin de plus pour que la cr\u00e8me \u00e9paississe correctement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Le beurre.<\/span><\/strong> Cette recette contient plus de beurre qu'une cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re ordinaire pour compenser le fait qu'il n'y a pas de gras provenant des \u0153ufs ou des jaunes qui sont habituellement utilis\u00e9s. \u00c7a aide \u00e9galement \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une texture cr\u00e9meuse et \u00e9paisse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size translation-block\">Je l\u2018ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 mentionn\u00e9, mais j'aime autant que possible utiliser un <a href=\"https:\/\/thequaintkitchen.com\/fr\/homemade-vegan-butter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">beurre v\u00e9g\u00e9talien fait maison<\/a> (avec la situation de l'huile de palme et tout), mais utilisez ce qui est \u00e0 votre disposition! Mais je trouve que \u00e7a ajoute quelque chose que les \u0153ufs donnent normalement. Vous ne la go\u00fbterez pas <em>du tout<\/em> dans le produit fini, c'est juste pour compl\u00e9ter la saveur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Le curcuma.<\/strong><\/span> Ceci est \u00e9galement facultatif, c'est simplement pour la couleur. Une pinc\u00e9e suffit pour imiter la teinte que les jaunes d'\u0153ufs donnent habituellement \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading translation-block\"><strong>Comment la faire<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Ce n'est pas une recette difficile \u00e0 faire, c'est juste une question d'avoir votre mise en place pr\u00eate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>*Facultatif.<\/strong> Si vous utilisez une gousse de vanille, vous pouvez gratter l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, m\u00e9langer avec le lait dans une casserole et ajouter \u00e9galement la gousse gratt\u00e9e. Ensuite, faites fr\u00e9mir le lait, \u00e9teignez le feu, couvrez et laissez reposer 30 mintues pour infuser avant de retirer la gousse de vanille et r\u00e9aliser la recette.
