Comme ce pain v\u00e9g\u00e9talien aux raisins et cannelle par exemple. Si vous l'aimez charg\u00e9 de raisins secs, ajoutez-en plus. Si vous ne le voulez pas trop sucr\u00e9, r\u00e9duisez le sucre. Vous n'aimez pas la cannelle? Enlevez-la ou remplacez-la par une autre \u00e9pice. C'est mou et sucr\u00e9 avec la quantit\u00e9 parfaite de cannelle. Je pourrais en manger tous les matins pour le reste de ma vie, pas de probl\u00e8me. Elle peut \u00eatre faite \u00e0 la main ou dans un batteur sur socle si vous en avez un. J'aime bien la faire \u00e0 la main car cette p\u00e2te est souple et tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 travailler car elle ne colle pas du tout \u00e0 la surface de travail. Vous pouvez utiliser n'importe quel type que vous avez ou que vous aimez. Sultana, Thompson, dor\u00e9s ou m\u00eame de Corinthe. Si vos raisins secs sont plus vieux ou n\u2019\u00e9taient pas correctement scell\u00e9s et sont plus secs que secs, je sugg\u00e8re de les faire tremper avant de les utiliser. Faites-les tremper dans un bol d'eau ti\u00e8de\/chaude (ou de rhum si vous voulez) pendant environ 10 minutes pendant que vous pr\u00e9parez vos autres ingr\u00e9dients ou laissez la levure mousser, puis \u00e9gouttez-les pour l\u2019utilisation. Lorsque vous avez fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 votre pain et l'avez plac\u00e9 dans le moule, assurez-vous qu'aucun raisin sec ne paraisse pour \u00e9viter qu'ils ne br\u00fblent.
