Bien qu\u2019il reste de nombreux <a href=\"https:\/\/thequaintkitchen.com\/fr\/easy-vegan-gingersnap-cookies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">biscuits des f\u00eates<\/a> encore \u00e0 manger, il semblait appropri\u00e9 de faire du popcorn au caramel v\u00e9g\u00e9talien. Puisque manger des biscuits en \u00e9tant \u00e9cras\u00e9 devant la t\u00e9l\u00e9 ne donne pas tout \u00e0 fait la m\u00eame satisfaction que de se bourrer la face une grosse poign\u00e9e de popcorn \u00e0 la fois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"> De quelle autre fa\u00e7on pouvons-nous reproduire l'exp\u00e9rience du cin\u00e9ma \u00e0 la maison pendant ces confinements interminables?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Ce popcorn au caramel a le croquant satisfaisant du popcorn ordinaire avec l\u2019ajout d'un enrobage de caramel addictif l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sal\u00e9. Disons simplement que la recette enti\u00e8re peut facilement \u00eatre mang\u00e9e en un rien de temps. Elle est pass\u00e9 de granuleuse \u00e0 trop sucr\u00e9e et tout le reste. Cette recette ne contient ni sirop de ma\u00efs ni beurre. Au lieu de \u00e7a, c\u2019est fait avec du sirop d'\u00e9rable et de l'huile de noix de coco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Tout commence avec le popcorn. Vous pouvez le faire en utilisant votre m\u00e9thode pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e que ce soit dans une casserole, au micro-ondes ou dans une machine. Une fois \u00e0 \u00e9bullition compl\u00e8te il faut juste ajouter les 2 derniers ingr\u00e9dients, ensuite le ma\u00efs souffl\u00e9 et faire cuire au four sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie tapiss\u00e9e. Nous ne voulons pas que quiconque se casse une dent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size translation-block\"><strong>3.<\/strong>Pour que tout se passe aussi bien que possible, <strong>ayez vos outils pr\u00eats et tout d\u00e9j\u00e0 pes\u00e9<\/strong>. Vous ne voulez pas peser les choses \u00e0 mi-chemin pendant que votre caramel est en train de bouillir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size translation-block\"><strong>4.<\/strong>Ajouter quelque chose qui n'est pas ti\u00e8de ou chaud \u00e0 un caramel le fera saisir et durcir plus rapidement. C'est pourquoi <strong>il est important de garder le ma\u00efs souffl\u00e9 au chaud pendant que vous faites le caramel<\/strong>. Cela facilitera l'enrobage uniforme de tout le ma\u00efs souffl\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size translation-block\"><strong>5.<\/strong>Le <strong>bicarbonate de soude a\u00e8re le caramel<\/strong>, lui donnant ainsi une texture plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re. Cela le rend beaucoup plus agr\u00e9able \u00e0 manger plut\u00f4t que d'avoir une coquille de caramel dur qui craque les dents autour du popcorn.
