des pacanes et vers\u00e9 sur une cro\u00fbte. Le caramel contient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une bonne quantit\u00e9 de sucre liquide comme du miel ou du sirop de ma\u00efs pour emp\u00eacher la cristallisation et aider \u00e0 la texture de caramel mou. Certains contiennent \u00e9galement des \u0153ufs pour fixer la garniture. Et enfin, \u00e7a contient du beurre et parfois de la cr\u00e8me pour ne pas obtenir un caramel dur comme quand du sucre est caram\u00e9lis\u00e9 seul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Donc, pour en faire la version v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne, certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments doivent \u00eatre remplac\u00e9s (clairement). Le sirop d'\u00e9rable remplace le miel ou le sirop de ma\u00efs pour une saveur incroyable. Ce qui serait normalement du beurre devient de l'huile de coco raffin\u00e9e et un peu de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal (j'essaie simplement d'\u00e9viter le beurre v\u00e9g\u00e9talien quand je peux). Parce que cela entra\u00eene la s\u00e9paration de l'huile dans le four, la cristallisation du sucre et des barres <em>tr\u00e8s<\/em> friables. Et oui, j'ai essay\u00e9. Mais comme les pacanes sont torr\u00e9fi\u00e9es et que l'\u00e9rable et la cassonade ajoutent beaucoup de saveur, le go\u00fbt est tout aussi incroyable.
