Manger un dessert le matin est l'une des nombreuses habitudes que j'ai prises depuis le d\u00e9but de ce blog, et la quarantaine d'ailleurs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size translation-block\">Naturellement, mon premier r\u00e9flexe face \u00e0 un paquet de bananes <em>bien<\/em> m\u00fbres a \u00e9t\u00e9 de faire du <a href=\"https:\/\/thequaintkitchen.com\/fr\/delicious-vegan-banana-bread\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pain aux bananes<\/a>. Mais cela n'a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 que quelques-unes des bananes. J'ai donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de faire quelque chose de <em>sant\u00e9<\/em> avec le reste pour pouvoir le manger le matin \u00e0 la place. Mais le sucre peut \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 par du sucre de noix de coco, du sucre de datte ou m\u00eame du sirop d'\u00e9rable si vous retirez l'eau de la recette. Bananes, avoine, noix, pratiquement un d\u00e9jeuner complet! Elles sont nutritives, d\u00e9licieuses et adaptables! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Allergique aux noix? Remplacez les noix par des graines de citrouille, des tournesols et des fruits secs. Vous voulez qu'elles soient sans gluten? Assurez-vous d'utiliser de l'avoine sans gluten et remplacez la farine par une farine GF de votre choix. Sans huile? Optez pour un beurre de noix que vous aimez au lieu de l'huile de noix de coco.
