Ou vous pouvez aussi simplement congeler la pur\u00e9e elle-m\u00eame. J'aime toujours congeler de la pur\u00e9e de citrouille quand c'est la saison pour en avoir toute l'ann\u00e9e pour quand j\u2019ai envie d\u2019une soupe ou d\u2019un <a href=\"https:\/\/thequaintkitchen.com\/fr\/vegan-pumpkin-pie-bars\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dessert \u00e0 la citrouille<\/a>. Assurez-vous simplement d'utiliser des citrouilles de cuisson. Les grosses citrouilles destin\u00e9es \u00e0 la sculpture n'ont pas autant de saveur et la pur\u00e9e sera plus liquide.
