pommes. J'ai utilis\u00e9 des pommes Gala, mais la plupart des pommes courantes feront l'affaire. Cortland, Pink Lady, Empire, Honeycrisp, etc. \u00c9vitez d'utiliser des pommes McIntosh pour cette recette car elles se d\u00e9composent facilement. Et si vous utilisez des pommes Granny Smith, votre garniture sera juste un peu plus acidul\u00e9e. La caram\u00e9lisation se produira une fois que tout cuit et r\u00e9duit. Alors pour \u00e9viter une saveur de caramel amer, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re simplement faire fondre les sucres pour commencer. Ensuite, il faut d'abord incorporer les pommes enrob\u00e9es de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs et suivre avec l'huile de coco. Une fois les pommes sont cuites, de couleur caramel fonc\u00e9 et il y a moins de liquide, la pr\u00e9paration est finie. D\u00e9canter la plupart du liquide restant, mais gardez-le pour tremper! S'il y en a trop dans la garniture, \u00e7a s\u2019\u00e9chappera du pain comme un volcan pendant la cuisson. C'est une p\u00e2te assez simple \u00e0 faire et il n'y a pas de p\u00e9trissage excessif impliqu\u00e9. Ensuite, il suffit d'attendre que \u00e7a l\u00e8ve. C'est vraiment la majorit\u00e9 de la recette \u00e7a, attendre. Mais \u00e7a vaut vraiment la peine! Le pain sera nuageux et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9 avec une fine couche sucre croustillante sur le dessus.
