N'h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 exp\u00e9rimenter avec diff\u00e9rents ajouts comme des canneberges ou des abricots s\u00e9ch\u00e9s, des pacanes, des graines de citrouille ou autres. Et peut-\u00eatre les manger avec une bonne tasse de <a href=\"https:\/\/thequaintkitchen.com\/fr\/caramel-earl-grey-tea\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">th\u00e9 earl grey<\/a> aussi?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Je n'ai jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 une grande fan de scones. Mais il est difficile de dire non quand c'est un gros scone tendre style boulangerie. Ceux-ci sont exactement \u00e7a. La combinaison de cassonade, raisins secs et cannelle rappelle un certain c\u00e9r\u00e9al *flocons et raisins secs* et est honn\u00eatement meilleure que ce \u00e0 quoi je m'attendais! M\u00eame s'ils sont gros, il est difficile de s'arr\u00eater une fois que vous commencez \u00e0 manger. Cela r\u00e9duira au minimum le d\u00e9veloppement du gluten et donnera un scone l\u00e9ger et feuillet\u00e9, au lieu d'un scone dense et dur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">2.<\/span><\/strong> Frotter le gras avec la farine contribue \u00e9galement \u00e0 la texture. \u00c7a recouvre la farine et cr\u00e9e une sorte de barri\u00e8re entre elle et les liquides. Tout comme la p\u00e2te \u00e0 tarte. Utilisez le bout de vos doigts pour frotter les deux ensembles pour \u00e9viter de trop r\u00e9chauffer le m\u00e9lange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">3.<\/span><\/strong> Travailler avec des ingr\u00e9dients froids garde le gras en morceaux et dispers\u00e9 \u00e0 travers toute la p\u00e2te. De cette fa\u00e7on, une fois que les scones sont dans le four, ces morceaux fondent et cr\u00e9ent des poches qui donnent un scone feuillet\u00e9. Si le gras fond pendant la pr\u00e9paration de la p\u00e2te, cela donne une texture semblable \u00e0 un biscuit. Si vous sentez le gras ramollir, mettez le bol au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur ou au cong\u00e9lateur pendant quelques minutes avant de continuer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">4.<\/span><\/strong> S\u2019il fait chaud, mettez votre bol (en m\u00e9tal) au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant environ 30 minutes avant de commencer \u00e0 faire la p\u00e2te. Et si vous avez les mains chaudes, travaillez avec un coupe-p\u00e2te \u00e0 lames pour la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de la recette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">5.<\/span><\/strong> Votre p\u00e2te \u00e0 scone ne devrait pas \u00eatre collante et elle ne devrait pas \u00eatre lisse non plus. Elle ne devrait pas \u00eatre homog\u00e8ne et elle sera l\u00e9g\u00e8rement friable.
