They\u2019re perfect for snacking or even hors-d\u2019\u0153uvres if you want to get fancy with it. You can have them with bruschetta, <a href=\"https:\/\/thequaintkitchen.com\/easy-vegan-pesto\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pesto<\/a>, hummus, soup or even just on their own! And, so far, I think these crackers are the easiest of the easy recipes. It almost seems useless to post. But I\u2019ve made them enough times to know the recipe actually comes in handy. Plus, it\u2019s something other than croutons and breadcrumbs to make with leftover bread. I know baguette is in the title of this post but these can pretty much be made with any bread. Simply mix up the seasonings all together, brush the slices of bread with olive oil or any oil of your choice and sprinkle them with the mix. Then they go in the oven to get nice and crispy and that\u2019s it! I flip them halfway through baking, but if you\u2019re feeling extra lazy (I feel you), you don\u2019t really <em>have <\/em>to. They\u2019ll just be a bit more golden on one side. You can obviously change up the herbs if you don\u2019t have some of them, I just found this mix to be quite versatile with different dips and such.
